To provide one-stop and district-based outreaching supportive service, for the persons with mental health or suspected mental health problems living/studying secondary schools in the Tseung Kwan O (South) district, aiming at empowering their competence on adjustment and integration into the community, and strengthening their social and occupational skills
To enrich the family members’ and carers’ knowledge on mental health and strengthen their capacity to help and support their family members with mental health/ suspected mental health problems
To enhance the public awareness on mental wellness
To strengthen the social network and linkage of persons with mental health or suspected mental health problems living in the private residential service for rehabilitation in the district
