• “If There’s Sunshine” Talk/ Workshop: Positive parenting
• “Communicating with an Open Heart” Talk/ Workshop: Parent-child communication – emotional management for parents

3. Parent Mental Health Professional Training Course

• “Smile ACTion Workshop” Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Professional Training
• To understand children and parent emotional/mental health problems
• To improve emotional wellness of parents through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

4. Parent Peer Supporter Scheme

• Recruit parents to be peer supporters and enhance their mental health knowledge through training. Encourage the sharing of wisdom and experience (in the “Walk with you” Group/Activity/APPS chat room) and to support each other
• Organize advanced training to strengthen knowledge and skills
• Organize retreat activities to consolidate experience and gains

• In the form of exhibition/booth activities

Application Procedures
NGOs and Schools are welcome to refer eligible parents. Parents in need may also contact our officers or fill in respective application form in our website, and then fax to us.
