Service Contents: There are 40 places of accommodation and provide a comprehensive range of service including individual counseling, group training, social skill training and organize health education programs, recreational activities. The house also provides respite service for those in need.

Target Group:
- Ex-mentally ill persons who are male and aged 15 or above
- Stable mental state assessed by psychiatrists
- Physically healthy and free from infectious disease
- With reasonable vocational ability and motivation for open employment
- Capable of self-care
- No propensity for violent or anti- social behavior, persistent alcohol or drug abuse, or gambling addiction.
- Without a history of critical criminal record or disposition of violence

Application and Exit of Service Procedures:
- Referral can be made by psychiatrists or social workers through the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services operated by Social Welfare Department.
- During the stay, the discharge plan will be formulated which is according to service users' progress and their needs. Service users can also request to withdraw from the service.
- For those service users who do not comply with the rules and regulations or meet the eligibility criteria of the Hostels, their service may be terminated.
