7. Provide accommodation and temporary care services, please call the social worker on duty for details

* After evaluation by professional colleagues, specific service plans or referrals will be made according to the actual needs of service users

Service Object:

People with moderate intellectual disabilities 15 years of age or older

↘Healthy and free from infectious diseases

↘Physically and mentally able to adapt to group living, dormitory care and training

↘No serious self-harm or harm to others

↘Currently accepting or having been assigned day service

Service Request:

Applicants need to be referred by social workers to register and wait for the Social Welfare Department's [Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services]. Applicants who pass the assessment will be accepted as roommates.
