Service Introduction
1. The unit provides daycare, training and home living for persons with severely mentally handicapped persons who lack basic self-care skills and require assistance in personal and nursing care.
2. It provides training for clients to become more independent in their daily lives and achieve upward mobility in vocational rehabilitation.
