Service Introduction

Eligibility for the Service：

- severely physically handicapped persons who are aged 15 or above

- capable of bowel and bladder control

- good health with no active infectious disease

- physically and mentally suitable for group living, caring and training

- mentally and emotionally stable with no severe disturbing behaviour

- actively occupied in or being arranged for admission to day placement 

Capacity：50 persons

Fees and Charges

- In accordance with the rate set by Social Welfare Department

Application Procedures

- Referrals can be made by social workers and staff of rehabilitation service units to the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services of the Social Welfare Department

Discharge of Service

- service users or their families request termination of service

- service users cannot adjust to hostel living 

- service users are not eligible for service or need to transfer to other services
