Service Contents
Service Philosophy
Provide rehabilitation service to clients through a professional team, aiming at enhancing their mobility and self-care ability; strengthen their domestic living and community living skills, so as to facilitate their integration into the community, restructure a healthy lifestyle and productive life roles at home, work or leisure activities.
Target Participants
-Provide continuous rehabilitation training for clients who are aged 15 or above suffering from stroke, neurological or physical impairments, or other physical illness affecting their functional performance
-Provide support to their family members/carers
Service Content
- Centre-based, individual or group rehabiltaion training
- Self-care skills / comminity living skills training
- Cognitive assessment and training
- Home assessment and home modification
- Family members/ caregivers consultation service, support and educational workshops
- Public education program
Service Charge

| Shuttle bus | $10 or $15 per trip |
*service fees is set with reference to the Median Monthly Domestic Household Income(MMDHI) of Hong Kong
*Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients can apply for a refund from the Social Security Field Unit with the receipt after payment has been made
