Service FAQ

  The rehabilitation service is subsidized by The Social Welfare Department, only referral from doctors/physiotherapists/occupational therapists of the Hospital Authority through standardized referral system are accepted.

Rehabilitation service is capped at half a year starting from the date of the referral letter.

Rehabilitation service: The route of shuttle bus covers the east of Kowloon. The arrangement of transportation is considered by the mobility of clients and occupancy of the shuttle bus.

Day care service: We will assist daycare service user to apply transportation service (Rehabus) arranged by The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation.
