Target Group：
Mildly mentally handicapped children aged 6-18 who are:
- orphaned or not receiving adequate care from parents or relatives; or
- in crisis or in need of short-term care away from their families.
Application Procedures：
Referrals can be made by social workers to the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services of the Social Welfare Department.

According to Social Welfare Department provision
