- By using Case Management System and Electronic Drug Management System to enhance multi-disciplinary communication and clinical service effectiveness. Dedicated staff are responsible for maintaining and supporting Microsoft cloud technology in order to enhance the flow of information among different professionals, such as meeting documents, announcements, latest news, etc.

- High-speed WiFi is available in hostel for service users, so as to encourage them to study, entertain and connect with their families (by using video call).

- Virtual Reality (VR) system

- An E-Sport platform is set up for service users to play video games and to enhance their connection with the community.
