Human Resources Officer M3-HRO-HR

Requirements:

  • Applicants should be Degree holders in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;

  • At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in social welfare service or sizable organizations preferable;

  • Hands-on experiences in payroll calculation, provident fund scheme, employee compensation and HRIS;

  • High proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, and Chinese word processing is required;

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized with good communication skills and a good command of written English and Chinese.

Job Duties:

  • Handle a full spectrum of HR services on temporary staff employment, including payroll calculation, provident fund scheme and employee’s compensation;

  • Assist in staff engagement programme;

  • Assist in data analysis, compiling surveys and generating reports;

  • Maintain accurate staff data in HRIS and staff records;

  • Deal with ad hoc duties and HR projects.

Working Hours: 44 hours per week

Working Location: Kwun Tong
