Requirements:

• University Degree holder or a relevant discipline plus at least 4 years of relevant post-qualification and managerial experience;

• Track record in leading digital project implementation and development of information technology systems or strategies;

• Knowledge and experience in current and emerging technologies;

• With an innovative, user-centric and analytical mindset;

• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement.

Job Duties:

• Formulate corporate digital and information technology (IT) strategies and execute digital transformation projects across service units;

• Plan, forecast, identify resources for and implement agency’s digital initiatives and IT strategies;

• Be responsible for the planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of ICT systems and services;

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technological solutions;

• Communicate and collaborate with management team to build up the new operations model by using cost effective and innovative technologies;

• Oversee all cybersecurity-related activities including tasks related to compliance, data privacy, security infrastructure and data protection;

• To share digital best practices and knowledge and organize related training.
