Requirements:

• Registered Social Worker with recognized Degree in Social Work or related discipline;

• Registered Home Manager/Registered Home Manager (Provisional) of Residential Care Homes for the Elderly (RCHEs) under section 3A(2) of the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Regulation;

• English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/Level 2 in HKDSE;

• At least 4 years' relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with managerial experience in elderly services;

• Genuine Commitment in providing person-centred care and quality service;

• Good leadership and communication skills as well as good command of English and Chinese.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the management and general administration of an elderly C&A Home Providing Continuum of Care in Tseung Kwan O;

• Manage all aspects of caring and home operations and related daily administrative activities to ensure the provision of quality care in accordance with the regulations and professional standards;

• Supervise social worker team to provide psychosocial activities to residents and establish effective communication with the families of residents;

• Monitor the care plans and resident assessments in compliance with the requirement of care management with the engagement of multi-disciplinary team of professions;

• Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the service.

Working Hours: 44 hours per week, 5-day work and work on shift when necessary

Working Location: Tseung Kwan O
