Requirements:
-
A Certificate of Registration (General) with valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
-
English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/ Level 2 in HKDSE;
-
3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience preferable; experience in clinical cancer patient support will be an advantage;
-
Possession of electronic certificates for the Online Child Protection Course (Modules 1 and 2);
-
Clinical and/or administrative experience in healthcare field and knowledge;
-
Competency in maintaining open communication with all stakeholders and conflict management; creativity in problem solving and demonstrate a positive response to changes;
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills, dynamic, independent and collaborative;
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Job Duties:

To act as the In-charge person of the Cancer Survivorship Project;

To lead the Service team, coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Project;

Participate in the planning, recruitment, implementation, and evaluation of the service;

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet the project rationale, output and outcome;

Assure that care plans and patient assessments are in accordance to the protocol and evidence-based guidelines set out by the Project;

Develop community partnership and mobilize resources to support the clients;

Co-work with clients and academics in progress and outcome documentation and evaluation;
-
Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Project Coordinator) assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time.
Working Hours: 44 hours net per week
Working Location: Kwun Tong
