Requirements:

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline;

• English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/ Level 2 in HKDSE;

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;

• Experience in web-based portal development, open API architecture, and Private/Hybrid Cloud management;

• Knowledge of data security protocols and SRAA/PDPO compliance;

• Proficiency in ASP.NET, VB.NET, ASP, PHP, SQL, stored procedures, and MS SQL Server;

• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain systems to support cross-professionals and departmental initiatives;

• Collaborate with users to gather and analyze functional requirements;

• Establish and maintain a central data infrastructure and SSOT database;

• Manage longitudinal dataset consolidation and provide macro-level analytics for district health trend reporting;

• Assist in system documentation, testing (UAT), and deployment;

• Provide technical support and training to end-users;

• Participate in strategic projects such as data platform development, and digital innovation pilots;

• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Working Hours: 44 hours gross per week

Working Location: Kwun Tong District with outreach community work required
