Requirements:

• Degree holder of pharmacy awarded by local universities, or equivalent; preferably with 2 years’ post-registration experience as a pharmacist#;

• A Certificate of Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong;

• Possess Child Protection Online Training (Module 1 & 2) e-Certificate;

• Strong communication skill, good command of English and Chinese.

# Experience acquired as a pharmacist after registration with recognized overseas registration authorities but prior to registration with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong can also be accepted as post-registration experience.

Job Duties:

• Carry out the duties as the Pharmacist in Charge as required by Code of Practice for Authorized Seller of Poisons under the Pharmacy & Poisons Board of Hong Kong;

• Responsible for the operation of the community pharmacy, including ensuring the quality compliance of dispensing and supplying medications, stock management;

• Supervise the pharmacist and pharmacy staff at the community pharmacy;

• Strong communication skills and engagement of different stakeholders, including the general public and users, other health professionals and community leaders;

• Assist the supervisors to acquire fundings to conduct community health projects.
