Senior Manager (Mental Health and Development) M1-M1-MW

Requirements:

  • A Hong Kong University Degree in Social Work;

  • English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/Level 2 in HKDSE;

  • At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification and managerial experience;

  • Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance;

  • Possess a passion to provide people-centred quality service and a vision to promote service integration;

  • Be able to work independently and to communicate with people at different levels;

  • Service management experience on working with mental health and rehabilitation services is an advantage.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the effective management and operation of an Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness (ICCMW) in Tseung Kwan O and other mental health projects;

  • To lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team for providing high quality services to the peoples with mental health concerns;

  • To develop strategic partnership and collaboration with relevant sectors or community stakeholders;

  • To enable the development and execution of effective recovery programmes for peoples with mental health issues;

  • Responsible for development of new projects for promoting mental wellness in the community.

Working Hours: 44 hours per week

Working Location: Tseung Kwan O District
