Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in marketing, communication or business related discipline;

  • English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/Level 2 in HKDSE;

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or account servicing;

  • At least 2 years of experience in organizing Employee Assistance Programme and corporate training service;

  • Strong account management, relationship building skills and marketing sense;

  • Good presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Account Service Manager to lead, manage and develop the Account Service Team;

  • Work closely with the Account Service Manager to review and optimize necessary workflow to improve work quality and efficiency;

  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to streamline workflow, develop new products and services;

  • Handle escalation for client servicing issues;

  • Supervise junior team members in daily operations;

  • Attend business meetings, provide administrative and technical support to service projects and wellness programmes;

  • Prepare business proposals, follow-up service program and handle key service accounts.
