Requirements:

• A University Degree in Social Work and registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance or other disciplines;

• English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/ Level 2 in HKDSE;

• 3 -5 years' relevant post-qualification experience as Social Worker and 2 years of experience in project management role is preferred;

• Mature, enthusiastic in meeting people, work independently with strong communication skills;

• Familiar with Mainland social service and related system is preferrable;

• Fluency in speaking Mandarin is highly credited.

Job Duties:

• Facilitate the agency to formulate strategic plan in Mainland Service;

• Assist to explore and develop service network and partnership in Greater Bay Area;

• Coordinate exchange tours at Mainland China for service users;

• Responsible for the team administration and financial management.

Working Hours: 44 hours per week

Working Location: Kwun Tong
