Requirements:
-
A Hong Kong University Degree in Social Work;
-
English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/Level 2 in HKDSE;
-
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification and managerial experience;

Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance;
-
Proficient in both English and Chinese;
-
Preferably have advanced casework experience in Mental Health Community Service settings and evidence-based intervention skills;
-
Demonstrate a passion for providing people-centered quality service and a vision for promoting children and adolescent mental health services;
-
Able to work independently and effectively communicate with individuals at different levels;
-
Previous experience in service and project management within mental health and rehabilitation services is preferable.
Job Duties:

Responsible for effectively managing and operating children and adolescent mental health services and other related projects;

Lead a team in providing high-quality services to individuals with mental health concerns;

Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant sectors and community stakeholders;

Facilitate the development and implementation of effective recovery programs for individuals with mental health issues;

Provide direct advanced case management services (With Expressive Arts and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches) and crisis support for clients with mental health concerns;

Conduct community education and treatment groups for clients with mental health concerns;
-
Take responsibility for the development of new projects aimed at promoting mental wellness in the community.
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Working Location: Kowloon East District
