Requirements:

  • A Hong Kong University Degree in Social Work;

  • English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/Level 2 in HKDSE;

  • At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification and managerial experience;

  • Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance;

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese;

  • Preferably have advanced casework experience in Mental Health Community Service settings and evidence-based intervention skills;

  • Demonstrate a passion for providing people-centered quality service and a vision for promoting children and adolescent mental health services;

  • Able to work independently and effectively communicate with individuals at different levels;

  • Previous experience in service and project management within mental health and rehabilitation services is preferable.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for effectively managing and operating children and adolescent mental health services and other related projects;

  • Lead a team in providing high-quality services to individuals with mental health concerns;

  • Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant sectors and community stakeholders;

  • Facilitate the development and implementation of effective recovery programs for individuals with mental health issues;

  • Provide direct advanced case management services (With Expressive Arts and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches) and crisis support for clients with mental health concerns;

  • Conduct community education and treatment groups for clients with mental health concerns;

  • Take responsibility for the development of new projects aimed at promoting mental wellness in the community.

Working Hours: 44 hours per week

Working Location: Kowloon East District
