「我的主題曲」跨代音樂治療創作計劃
由CFSC賽馬會跳躍青年坊樂隊支援服務Y-Concept及智活記憶及認知訓練中心聯合舉辦的「我的主題曲──跨代音樂治療創作計劃」於早前圓滿舉行。計劃邀請五隊年青樂隊，走進五位長者的人生，以訪談、分享、交流方式深入聆聽長者的生命歷程，並把他們的故事譜寫成專屬的「人生主題曲」。
